Mark brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to his leadership at Ellison, having worked in architecture, general construction, manufacturing, and sales. Throughout his 25 years with Ellison, Mark has served the engineering, research and development, and sales departments before entering his current role as president 2 years ago. As a leading expert on balanced doors, Mark intently focuses on helping architects with project development and specifications.

As National Sales Manager, Tracy leads Ellison's efforts to increase market share by effectively managing the sales team and various corporate initiatives. More than 13 years of industry experience – including 3 years with Ellison – has given her the drive to handle all aspects of the sales process. She travels extensively to support the company's 25 representatives and to promote Ellison as the world leader in the manufacture of custom balanced doors.

With 29 years of experience at Ellison, Roger serves as Vice President of Operations. In this role, he provides technical knowledge and assistance to architects and clients, including innovative solutions for custom designs and production. Throughout his extensive Ellison career, Roger has held a variety of roles, making him highly familiar with the many varied aspects of balanced door production. Today he oversees all aspects of project management, engineering, and fabrication, while working with customers to meet delivery requirements.

Serving as Ellison's Chief Engineer, John works closely with customers and architects to incorporate specific criteria and specifications into workable production designs. He directs and coordinates the Ellison engineering staff to create technical documents required for door production. An Ellison veteran of 18 years, John previously served as Chief Draftsman, and he brings those skills to his current role.
